Historic Somerville Mansard

Completely gutted to the studs in 2021, this historic home set in Davis Square was fully renovated from top to bottom. We dug three feet down in the basement to create a finished basement with a bedroom, full bathroom, laundry room and gym. The first floor was reconfigured to maximize the space and allow friends and family to have room to gather. The top floor was originally three bedrooms and a bathroom and we were able to adjust the layout accordingly to design a second bathroom, giving the primary bedroom a full suite.
